Clipora respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly and in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Clipora is a conversion tool that processes YouTube URLs provided by users. We do not host, index, or store copyrighted content. Converted files are temporarily cached on our servers for up to 30 minutes to allow the user to download them, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted.
If you believe that content converted through Clipora infringes on your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email). A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours.
Clipora maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA complaints associated with a particular user or IP address, we may permanently block that user's access to the service.
If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with the required information under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3).
We take copyright seriously. Clipora's terms of service explicitly prohibit the use of our tool for downloading copyrighted content without authorization. We encourage all users to respect the rights of content creators.
