Terms of Service

Last updated: April 12, 2026

By using Clipora ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

Clipora provides a tool for converting YouTube videos to MP3 and MP4 formats. You may only use this service to download content that you have the legal right to download. This includes your own uploaded content, content licensed under Creative Commons, content where the rights holder has given explicit permission for downloading, and content that is in the public domain.

2. Copyright Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Clipora complies with applicable copyright laws and YouTube's Terms of Service. Clipora does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. We provide a conversion tool — how you use it is your responsibility. Do not use Clipora to download content you do not own or have permission to download.

3. No Warranty

Clipora is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that conversions will always succeed, that download speeds will meet expectations, or that the service will be error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

Clipora and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes damages from copyright infringement claims resulting from your misuse of the tool.

5. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

To keep the service free and available for everyone, we implement rate limiting. Excessive use, automated requests, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Clipora to download copyrighted content without authorization, for any commercial purpose that infringes on copyrights, to overload or disrupt our servers, via automated scripts or bots without permission, or for any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They help us maintain and improve the service. Donating does not entitle you to any special access, support, or features beyond what is available to all users.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Clipora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Clipora for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
